(TSX VENTURE:KC.A)(TSX VENTURE:KC.B) (www.knightscove.com) (“Knightscove“), is pleased to announce that the FDR Media Group High Definition channels, Bollywood Times andMehndi TV are now available for free preview to over two million Canadians on both Rogers and Bell Fibe TV for the next 90 days.
Mehndi TV HD is a channel focused on showcasing smart entertainment programming catered to Canadian women of South Asian heritage.Bollywood Times HD is an all-action all-the-time channel. Mehndi TV and Bollywood Times are among the first South Asian High Definition channels to be offered in North America.
Viewers can watch Mehndi TV on Rogers channel 698 and Bell Fibe TV channel 786. Bollywood Times can be viewed on Rogers HD channel 692, Rogers SD channel 691 and Bell Fibe TV channel 787.
Further to our press release dated August 2nd 2011, a letter agreement was signed regarding the acquisition of 51% of FDR Media Group by Knightscove. The acquisition is subject to CRTC and TSX Venture approval.
